Installation of the DV Stork 440 Compact grain sampler takes several days. The foundation is prepared in advance according to the drawings. A team of engineers assembles the structure, starts the hydraulic system, pneumatic conveying, and the monitoring and control system. All work is performed by certified engineers.

The Stork 440 Compact sampler is an affordable, proven solution for 24/7 operation and a wide temperature range. The Stork 440 Compact sampler is designed with increased structural and drive safety and is therefore designed to operate with a service life of more than 10 years.

The sampler is more efficient when the laboratory uses Infratec 1241 or Infratec Nova grain quality analyzers. In this case, the machine processing speed is from 3 to 6 minutes. 10-20 machines per hour. 240-500 machines with grain per day.

Sampling probe options

At the user's choice, the Stork 440 Compact sampler can be equipped with one of 3 sampler probe options (immersed part). Accordingly, for each design, the length can be further increased.

The algorithm of samplers with pneumatic sample supply/removal starts sampling only after immersion in the grain. Thus, the sample taken 100% reflects the composition and does not distort the qualitative composition of the sample at any sampling depth.
