The DV Stork 500 PRO sampler is the most powerful solution offered by the Italian manufacturer, DV. Accordingly, this design is ideally suited for large grain terminals, elevators, and collection points with high turnover, handling intensive grain reception and dispatch operations.
Its modular rail design (6-meter sections) allows for the extension of the total sampling platform length. The automated system independently collects samples from railcars or modern grain trucks, providing the operator with maximum comfort, control, and sampling speed.
It should be noted that the system can be optionally equipped with a sample return system, which sends the analyzed sample directly back into the truck body, preventing the accumulation of excess grain in the laboratory.

At the user's choice, the Stork sampler can be equipped with one of 3 options for sampler probes (immersed part). Accordingly, for each design, the length can be additionally increased.
The algorithm of operation of samplers with pneumatic sample supply/removal starts sampling only after immersion in the grain. Thus, the sample taken 100% reflects the composition and does not distort the qualitative composition of the sample at any sampling depth.
