DV Stork Rail

DV Stork Rail

The Stork Rail sampler is the optimal solution for grain reception at elevators and collection points.

The Stork Rail, with its U-shaped support frame design, stands out from the Stork Compact specifically due to its architecture, which allows for FAST sampling from long-haul trucks with high sideboards. Even a truck with a trailer can be fully sampled in a single stop at the sampling station.

The Stork Rail working zone covers long-haul trucks with a significant margin, eliminating the need for any additional vehicle movement. Depending on the chassis length (7.5m, 10m, or 12m), the effective operating zone can reach from 15 to 19m.

Sampling probe options

At the user's discretion, the Stork 440 Compact sampler can be equipped with one of three sampling probe options (the submersible part). Accordingly, the length for each design can be further extended.

The operating algorithm for samplers with pneumatic delivery/discharge begins sampling only after immersion into the grain. Thus, the collected sample 100% represents the content and does not distort the qualitative composition of the sample at any sampling depth.

The sampler is even more effective when the laboratory utilizes Infratec 1241 or Infratec Nova grain quality analyzers. In this case, the vehicle processing speed is between 3 to 6 minutes. This translates to 10–20 vehicles per hour, or 240–500 grain trucks per day.
